3. Payments & Billing

• Payment terms will be defined in the project agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or project delays.
• Monthly services are billed in advance. Non-payment may lead to suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables.
• Weno Solution retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Any third-party assets used (such as stock images or plugins) remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose any proprietary data to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• If the client terminates before project completion, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed.
• Services already rendered are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Weno Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. We do not guarantee specific results such as increased sales or search rankings.

8. Governing Law
