At Weno Solution, we strive to provide high-quality digital services that meet our clients' expectations. Due to the nature of our services—which include website design and development, SEO, SMO, email marketing, and other digital solutions—refunds are offered under specific conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not been started or any work has not been done after payment.
  • If there is a duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • If the client cancels the service within 48 hours of payment and no work has commenced.


2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • A project has already been started or completed.
  • The client has approved the initial designs, layouts, or development milestones.
  • Delays or dissatisfaction arise due to incomplete client communication or late content delivery.
  • Services are offered at discounted or promotional pricing.
  • Custom work or third-party integrations have been initiated or completed.


3. Monthly Services (e.g., SEO, SMO, PPC)

For ongoing monthly services:

  • Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered in a billing cycle.
  • You may cancel future billing with a written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.


4. Chargebacks

We strongly discourage chargebacks and request that you contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraud, and we reserve the right to take legal action.


5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at info@wenosolution.com with your order details and a brief explanation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
